We never see or store your credit card information, we only see the last four digits of your credit card number. All your personal information from your order is encrypted access only, your name, address, phone, and email information is secure.

All Gun Accessories and other Gear are shipped on the following business day when Ordered by 3:00pm PST.
Your order will be processed immediately after it is received.
We reserve the right to ship via United Parcel Service or U.S. Postal at our discretion for all shipments. The majority of items are shipped from our warehouse located in Wisconsin.
Once orders have been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, usually 6:00am, 11:00am, and 6:00pm daily they can not be canceled. These orders represent completed orders, and at this point these orders can only be returned back to us after they have been received by the customer by use of a return authorization.
Orders that have been processed and then canceled by a customer will be charged $5.00 or 5% of the order whichever is greater to cover our costs. Processed orders are those that have been Charged (or Captured which can be reversed on the same day). We work 7 days a week and process orders several times daily, and then send them to our warehouses for fulfillment.
Houts Enterprises LLC is the sole owner of the information collected on this site.
We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others at any time. The
only exceptions to this are, when we are required to by law, in the good faith
belief that such action necessary in order to conform to the edict of law,
or we must comply with a legal process served to the web site.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason your are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of order date for a refund, replacement or credit, less shipping and handling costs. There are exceptions as follows in this section. You must email our Customer Service Contact Us so we can review your return, obtain an RAN (Return Authorization Number) and evaluate how to handle the return.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
and please allow 10 business days for refund to be completed. Product returns will be assessed a 25% restocking fee when the refund is not used to purchase new products. (See Restocking Fees below.) Purchases that include reduced ground shipping that are returned for credit or refund will be charged for the actual out going shipping costs plus applicable restocking fees.
Products being returned must be received by us within 15 days of being issued an RAN or the return is subject to a $10 additional restocking fee. Used or non-saleable products, or products returned in bubble or padded envelopes, or without original product packaging will not be accepted for return under any condition and will be returned at customers expense.
Unauthorized returns will be assessed a 25% + $10 restocking fee at our discretion to cover our additional costs depending on the situation. Some products we sell are covered by a manufacturer's warranty that specifically requires the item be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Refused orders - Shipments that are refused, have 3 delivery attempts made, or an undeliverable address will be charged for the actual out going shipping, separate return shipping will be charged, and a 15% + $10 restocking fee at our discretion to cover our additional costs depending on the situation. Restocking Fees cover the bank credit card fees which are not refunded to us, packing charges which are included in the cost of the product, unpacking, inspection and putting the product back in inventory. We waive restocking fees (Except Unauthorized Returns) when customers use the credit to purchase new merchandise. Credits are only maintained from the previous full year through the current year. Unused credits going back two years are deleted on January 1st of the new year.
DuraCoat products that have been 'opened' will not be accepted for return since these products can not be resold. Send all of the items and in original product packaging in a secure box by UPS ground. Items with defects in the material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at our option.
Gun Accessories and other Gear products that have a used, damaged or worn appearance will not be accepted for return. A very few items in Gun Accessories and other Gear have end user parts and can not be returned as indicated on the more information page for those products.
After a return is authorized by our Customer Service Department:
Return the item to the address given to you by our product return department.
Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise, the required method of shipment will be indicated on the Return Authorization and any products with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. We will notify you via e-mail or phone of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Credits are only maintained from the previous full year through the current year. We only take international orders from these countries with a USA based Billing Address Credit Card - $500 limit on your first purchase

Since DuraCoat is a hazardous (Flammable) material in liquid form we can only ship to a USA address. It will be your responsibility to forward or ship DuraCoat products to your final international address. Please provide the name, email address, and phone number for the person actually wanting the DuraCoat products in the ORDER COMMENTS if not the same as the person placing the order. We may contact that person as required for additional information before processing the order.
DuraCoat Paint and Related materials fall under Hazmat
UN 1263 and
DuraCoat Aerosols Sprays fall under Hazmat UN 1950
Customers are always advised to be absolutely certain of your import regulations and restrictions when ordering our products. You are fully responsible for complying with all of your local import regulations.
You are responsible for Import Licenses, Customs-assessed import duties, all local taxes, and in-country delivery fees (if any). We assume no responsibility for these additional charges and caution you that they may be much higher than you expect.
Packages seized by Customs for your failure to follow local import regulations are not refunded or credited. You, the customer, are solely responsible for all compliance with your country's regulations. Packages that are left unclaimed and forfeited to Customs or the carrier are charged to your account in all cases. We will not issue credit for these occurrences.
